SOGELIFE is continuing its digital transformation and improving services for its partners by developing a new version of their portal:

With an approach focused on innovation and user experience, SOGELIFE has capitalised on the strengths of its existing platform and enhanced it with new features in order to better adapt to the needs of its partners and take account of recent regulations:

  • 100% digital underwriting: the integration of forms directly into the portal means that underwriting kits can be completed entirely online, right through to the e-signature, making for a smoother, more intuitive process For users who prefer to use interactive PDFs, these will now be composed automatically and the e-signature will be accessible.

  • SRI analysis module: as part of its CSR strategy, SOGELIFE has created a SRI measurement tool, the first of its kind in Luxembourg, which analyses the sustainability of the funds in the customer's portfolio. This new tool makes it easier for partners to guide customers in their investment choices.

  • Modular dashboard: partners can adapt the dashboard to suit their needs and obtain a global, customised view of their portfolio by choosing from around ten different modules.  

This project reflects SOGELIFE's desire to offer a premium experience to its customers (HNWI and UHNWI) and partners alike., designed by SOGELIFE in collaboration with Vanksen, a specialist webmarketing agency, complements SOGELIFE's range of intuitive and innovative digital solutions, which will be supplemented in 2023 by a mobile app for customers following the launch of the portal at the end of 2021.
