Diversity Day

The aim of this celebration is to take concrete action in favour of aninclusive society. Although the promotion of diversity is a deep and long-term commitment, the dedicated day is an opportunity for SOGELIFE to highlight the initiatives it has put in place, such as: gender equality, cultural differences in orientation or identity, disability, beliefs, etc.

On Friday 10th of June, SOGELIFE invited the first micro-finance company in Luxembourg - Microlux - to speak at its annual internal event "Diversity Day". Participants had the pleasure of discovering the values of Microlux and how it helps young entrepreneurs to develop their businesses within Luxembourg. With the experiences and expertise of Remy Jacob, founder of Microlux and former General Director of EIB Luxembourg, Anne Contreras-Muller, President of Microlux and Jérémy Del Rosario, Manager at Microlux, the Diversity Day at SOGELIFE allowed each of the employees to learn about and exchange views on inclusion within the company.
